Dispatch Times

At this moment in time, we dispatch to Scotland, England & Wales.

All orders placed on Sunday - Thursday will be dispatched on the next working day. If an order is placed Friday or Saturday, the order will be dispatched on the Monday.

UK - Delivery Services

The Delivery Services below are subject to the dispatch times detailed above. 

For instance, if you place an order at 10pm on a Tuesday, it will be dispatched on the next working day and the delivery timescales below will then apply.

Small Order Delivery

Any orders comprising of up to four bearings will be charged £2.80 for Standard Delivery Royal Mail Tracked 48instead of £3.80.

Tracked 48 - Delivery Aim within 2 days (Not Guaranteed)

Orders under £75 will be charged at flat rate delivery cost of £3.80.  

Tracked 24 - Delivery Aim is Next Day (Not Guaranteed)

Orders under £75 will be charged at flat rate delivery cost of £4.80. 

All orders over £75 will receive free Tracked 24 postage.

We ship to EU countries via Royal Mail International Tracked


Delivery Times


- Dispatch: Same day if ordered before 3pm (Mon-Fri, Sun)

- Delivery: 5-10 working days from dispatch

- Tracking: Full tracking provided for all EU orders


Shipping Costs

  • Standard EU shipping: £16.00



IMPORTANT: VAT & CUSTOMS CHARGES


**You are responsible for paying import VAT and any customs duties when 

your order arrives in your country.**

**To us:** The price shown on our website + shipping (no VAT included)


**At delivery:** Import VAT and fees charged by your local customs authority

 


VAT Rates by Country:


Your local customs will charge VAT based on your country's rate


How It Works:


1. You place your order and pay us

2. We dispatch your order with customs declaration

3. Your parcel arrives in your country

4. Your postal service/customs contacts you for VAT payment and fees

5. You pay the VAT and fees

6. Your parcel is delivered


We cannot collect VAT on your behalf




Customs Documentation


We complete all required customs paperwork. You don't need to do anything except pay the VAT and fees when requested.



Customs Delays


Occasionally, customs processing can add 2-5 days to delivery time. 

This is outside our control. Your tracking will show when your parcel 

is held at customs.



Returns from EU

If you need to return an item:

- You're responsible for return shipping costs

- We recommend tracked shipping

- 14-day return window from delivery date

- Refund issued once item received and inspected


**We cannot refund customs charges or import VAT you've paid.**

Refused deliveries

If you refuse a delivery or do not pay the requisite VAT and fees, you will be responsible for :-

* Original shipping charges
* Return postage costs to us.

This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If the return fee exceeds the amount of the order (plus shipping costs), the package will be abandoned and you won't be refunded.
