Unfortunately, Marin don't provide a recommended schedule for the assessment and replacement of the bearings in their full-sus frames.  Therefore, it would be best to work on the industry standard:-

 Normal Use  Every 12 months
Heavy Use or Competitive Pursuits Every 3 - 6 months

 

That being said it is prudent to be aware of any play at your pivot points and look to replace any worn bearings as quickly as you can to prevent damage to your frame.
