I'm Janice - founder of The Grizzly Bearing Co.
I started Grizzly with one idea in mind: that good components shouldn't be complicated or out of reach for any rider.
Whether you're an experienced mechanic or just trying to keep your bike rolling, whether you're on a tight budget or building something special — we're here to help, without the jargon or the judgement.
When you order with us, you'll get the kind of personal service that's often missing when buying online. We care about your bike and you as a cyclist, so we take great care in recommending components that are safe, well made, and right for your needs and budget.
A finalist at the BikeBiz 2026 Awards
The great feedback we continue to receive about our service has led to us being shortlisted as a Finalist in the Specialist Distributor category at the BikeBiz 2026 Awards — an acknowledgement of the work we've put into building a range and a service that the cycling community can genuinely trust. It means a lot, and it keeps us working towards becoming even better.

Community Focus
Cycling has given me a lot, taken me to a lot of places and made me a lot of friends, and Grizzly is my way of giving something back to the community that I love. So, we don't just sell bearings, tools etc, we participate in the cycling community both locally and across the UK.
Supporting the next generation of riders
One of the things I'm most proud of is our commitment to young talent in the sport.
We currently sponsor two young riders, supporting them with the components and kits they need to compete and develop. We strongly believe that investing in the next generation is just as important as the products we sell.
Liv Taylor (@livshreds)
Liv is one of the UK's brightest emerging female DH riders.
A former national champion and, at just 15, one of the fastest women in the country; she has her sights set on glory on the world stage.
Liv is racing for the @VirisNukeproof Development Team across Europe this season and is hoping to translate off season pace to race wins in the IXS European Downhill Cup.
Only the best will do for Liv so it’s @enduro_bearings Max bearings for all of her @nukeproofbikes pivots and a new set of headset bearings to top it off!

Harry is one of the UK's most exciting young MTB talents, competing in the U15 category across Enduro & Downhill — because why pick one when you can excel at both?
Already a regular on the podium, Harry recently took 2nd place in the U15s at the Focus Rides Coaching Enduro and has been putting in strong performances across all of his races.
Harry is, also, sponsored by @DirtyRides_Apparel and is building the kind of race programme that most riders twice his age would envy. We're proud to be keeping his bike rolling as he chases down his next podium.
If you're a young rider or know someone who could benefit from support, we will be releasing details for the 2027 season at the end of this year. Details will be posted on our socials.
Trade Partnerships
We're very excited to have a number of outstanding Bike Shops and Bike Mechanics as Trade Partners.
Our primary aim with the businesses we work with is to assist them in providing their customers with the best knowledge and products available.
We understand the pressures that many businesses in the Cycle trade experience, so we provide generous discounts, sound advice and next day Tracked delivery.... and, if that's not enough, we, also, name them in our Directory and share their businesses across our Social Media (including a monthly Trade Partner of the Month).
We aim to be as accessible as possible and provide support and guidance when asked for and as quickly as we can and the great thing is that we can have a laugh and build a strong relationship along the way.

Whether you're a home mechanic or a busy workshop, we've got the bearings you need and, if we don't, we'll get them for you.
