Using a lubricant in your bearings can help in the following ways (especially, here in the UK when wet and dirty conditions can lead to corrosion and dirt build up):-

* Prevent any wear on the bearing surfaces;

* Minimize water and dirt ingress.

The Enduro Performance Grease below is suitable on most Abec 3/5 bearings; however, if you're looking to maintain your MAX bearings, the MAX Grease is recommended.
