Let us take the hassle out of remembering when you're due to replace your bearings and save an ongoing 5% on the Kit price.

 

Frequency of Subscriptions

Here at The Grizzly Bearing Co. we pay great attention to each Brand of bike and the recommendations that they make to ensure that your bike rides as well as the day you bought it; therefore, our Subscriptions Service is highly tailored to the make and model of your bike.  We will send you the exact bearings that your Bike model requires and at a frequency that the bike's Brand recommends.

You can find what is recommended for your bike in two ways:-

* Click on the Menu that your require above, click on the Brand's Frame Bearing Kit and, at the top of the page, you'll find the Brand's recommendations; or

* Click on (or search for) the Bike that you have and the recommendations will be detailed under the Subscription options.

Where possible, we will include an official link to the information from the Brand specifying their recommended schedule.

There may be instances where the Bicycle Brand does not, specifically, state recommendations for the checking and replacement of bearings.  If this is the case, we will specify this on the Brand page and on the Kit listing where it details the Subscription Schedule.  This schedule given will be in line with Industry standards.

Should you wish to Subscribe for a period of time that isn't listed in the Product Description, please message us through the Chat service below and we can arrange this for you.

 

What happens when I subscribe?

When you select a Subscription, your bank card will be charged at the frequency you select and the bearings will be automatically sent to you in time for your bike to be serviced. This will always include the 5% discount.  You will be sent email notifications throughout the process.

Should you wish to amend the frequency of your Subscription then please send us a message through our Chat service below or on sales@thegrizzlybearingco.co.uk and we can organise this for you.

 

Can I cancel my Subscription?

Absolutely! If you wish to cancel or pause your subscription, please send us an email on sales@thegrizzlybearingco.co.uk or click on the Chat Box below and we'll sort that out for you.  No hard sell, we promise!  Please note that, if payment has already been taken, we will be unable to cancel the delivery of your bearings.  In this situation, we ask that you return the Bearings to us in line with our Shipping Policy.
