Refund policy
Welcome!
Please find below our Refund policy. This has been created in line with UK legislation. For refunds out-with the parameters of this legislation, we will do our best to help you with your order. All we ask is that you bear in mind that we are a small business and we have to keep the lights on!
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to send your item(s) back to us.
A full refund will only be made if the item is faulty. Please let us know if this is the case as close to the time of delivery as possible to allow us to fix this for you. Where the item is not faulty, we will be happy to provide you with Store Credit to the value of your order for you to purchase something else. The value of this will be for the value of the items - original postage costs will not be given as store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
Please include a note of your order number, email address and reason for return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve the matter for you as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
14 Day Returns
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
What you should do:-
- Contact us or use the Self Service Return System on your Account (https://account.thegrizzlybearingco.co.uk)within 14 days of receipt of your order (detailing your order number) to let us know of your return;
- Return the item to us within 14 days of informing us of your return; ensuring that the item is in its original condition and in original packaging.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and should ensure that it is returned using a tracked service with the appropriate insurance. We are not responsible should your return go missing. This should be addressed with the delivery provider.
- Allow us 14 days to inspect your item and issue your refund.
Please note that Gift Cards will only be refunded under these regulations provided that the Gift Card has not been used for a purchase.
EU Right to Withdraw
- Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery date
- Withdrawals made within the 14 days will receive a full refund when the items are received by us and provided they are returned unused and in the original packaging.
- Withdrawal requests can be made via your customer account or by emailing us directly on thegrizzlybearingco@hotmail.com
- For EU customers exercising their right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original delivery charges will be refunded up to the value of our standard delivery rate
Outwith these statutory 14 days, any requests after this will only be refunded if the goods are faulty and are notified to us within 30 days. Store credit will be given after the 14 days, due to change of mind etc but, again, the items must be in resell-able condition and in original packaging when received back by us. The original cost of posting the goods to you will be deducted before store credit is given.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days of it arriving at the Returns Address above. Please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to then show in your bank account.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was delivered to us and you have not received any correspondence, please contact us by email thegrizzlybearingco@hotmail.com and we can look into this for you.
